When you live life wearing the Casio ProTrek PRW3000-1A Watch model with the new Triple Sensor Version 2 engine, you can always stay one step ahead of Mother Nature! This watch possesses a Barometer that will use its Barometric Pressure Tendency Alarm to alert you to any sudden drops in the air pressure, typically producing thunder storms.
The Barometer displays two graphs; the Atmospheric Pressure Tendency graph and the
Atmospheric Pressure Differential graph, both displayed in a range from 260hPa to 1,100hPa. There is also an Atmospheric Pressure Change indicator, in which an arrow indicator represents a significant change in air pressure.
In addition to the Barometer, an Altimeter is also located on this device. The altimeter measures altitude in 1M increments, previously 5M, and will display and measure compass readings for a steady 60 seconds. The Altimeter has a measuring range of -700 to 10,000M (-2,300 to 32,800FT). Last but not least, a thermometer can also be found on this masterpiece. The thermometer has a display range of -10 to 60 degrees Celsius (14 to 140 *F), and measures in a unit of 0.1 degree Celsius (0.2 *F).
Sunrise and sunset times are also available to you on this watch, allowing you to plan your whole day around the amount of sun light you’ll have. There is also a fully pre-programmed auto calendar with dates available up until the year 2099.
The time can be displayed in 12 and 24 hour formats, with an accuracy of +/- 15 seconds a month if no signal calibration is used and can be seen more easily and clearer in the dark thanks to the full auto LED Super Illuminator Backlight equipped with Afterglow.
The Casio ProTrek PRW3000-1A was designed with tough solar power and a power saving function, allowing the battery to last up to approximately 7 months on a full charge with regular exposure to the sun light. A Battery Level Indicator can be found on the watch so that you are always aware of how much life is left in the watch before needing a boost and with the solar rechargeable battery, it makes charging your watch a breeze!
